La compositora britanica Lee Horrocks sirve de inspiracion para Yohanna dondequiera que vaya. La cantante de 18 años de edad ha sido una cantante multiplatino in su Islandia natal a la edad de 9 años, pero en los últimos años algunos de los grandes nombres en la música se han interesado en trabajar con ella.. ¿Qué es lo que ven en la joven cantante? Horrocks habló bien de Yohanna cuando tuvo oportunidad:
"Todo es sobre su voz. Es muy pura, muy original. Ella es una estrella."
